Go to Gallery Lookup, enter your school or organization name (or an access code from the photographer), and we'll guide you through verifying your identity to view your child's gallery.
Is face matching safe?expand_more
Yes. We use encrypted, one-way face embeddings — not actual photos — to match images. All biometric data is automatically deleted at season end, and we are fully COPPA and FERPA compliant.
What if the AI matches my child incorrectly?expand_more
You can flag any incorrect match directly in your gallery. Our team reviews flags promptly and corrects the match within 24 hours.
Can I opt out of face matching?expand_more
Absolutely. You can request that your child's face data be excluded at any time. The photographer can still deliver photos manually via access codes.
